Description: This course provides home inspectors with a practical overview of residential wastewater systems, including septic, cesspool, and municipal sewer connections. Participants will learn system functionality, maintenance, and common defects. It also covers the role of sewer scope (video) inspections—including their benefits and limitations—during real estate transactions. Inspectors will finish the course better prepared to set client expectations, interpret findings, and clearly communicate system conditions.​
